I have been associated with T O Technology for a period of nearly 20 years.

We currently have 60 branches around NSW and South East Queensland. Initially, we were purchasing fax machines for our branches and Head Office Departments.  In time, we replaced these with AIO Scan/Fax/Copier units. Since 2010 we have also added the Konica Minolta Bizhub large capacity units in various departments of our Head Office.

The service, both sales and after-sales, has always been first class.  Their responsiveness is excellent, their pricing is competitive, and they are able to provide support to our branch network.  Nothing is too much to ask, and they will try to find the solution to meet the requirements.  They have certainly managed to help me to make my job a little bit easier in managing our requirements.

Building a business where service is a priority in a partially commoditised and competitive market is only possible when you can rely on your key suppliers.  Placing high demands on our production equipment where we can exceed 500K of prints in a week, with minimal interruptions and minimal downtime, can only be achieved when the supplier understands the business.
